Start by doing the stuff you hate in the beginning of your workout because if you don't, your going to put little if no effort into them at the end, so if you hate working your lower body then do it at the beginning, and since u naturally like working your upper body you'll be putting effort into it unwillingly.
By the way, help me keep this blog free and updated by telling all your friends about it! post it on your facebook status or something :)

Cardio Tip
Don't always do the same routine, mix it up every 2 months or so. This will make your body release more fat.
For example: if you usually spring at the end, try doing it in the beginning of your workout

Cardio for fatloss
"cardio" means that he's engaging in cardiovascular training, any activity that gets your heart rate up is cardio.
Cardio is the main way to burn fat or calories.
It takes around 20minutes of cardio for your body to start burning stored body fat but supplements like L-Carnitine speed up the process.
Just taking fat burners wont change anything, you need to work for results.
Staying hydrated while doing cardio is very important.
Interval training also helps with cardio and fat loss because your heart rate keeps changing from high to low and keeps that rhythm for the upcoming 48hours.
