Random 2 protein myths full of BS

I'm sure you've already heard that protein is not good for your bones, but as long as your getting enough vitamin D and calcium, protein will have nothing to do with this, your bones are partly made from protein!

I heard this today:"High protein diets increase the risk of coronary disease"
That is completely untrue, people think that red meat (and the fats that comes along with it) is protein, to prevent that all you need is to take off the visible fat off the meat and cook it well and don't over eat daily calories,  as simple as... and your chances will be very low for a coronary disease.
